At Table shows a series of re-enactments of a medieval painting on the effects of drinking wine. Four performances (each with a different cast) took place on June 28, 2008, at St. Etheldreda's Crypt in London. Participants were asked to choose one of the numbered characters and assume his/her place in the set of the painting. Each participant entered the set accompanied by live music, sung by Muriel Louveau, with specially composed “number choruses” as backing tracks. Each performance was filmed and photographed. In the video we see all four performances at the same time, switching constantly between the characters from each version. The number choruses (backing tracks) were recorded in London and New York.                                                                                                                                               

At Table was supported by Parabola, Juliet Gomperts Trust, St. Etheldreda’s Catholic Church and The Royal College of Art. It was shown as part of TEN, 12/10/08 - 29/10/08 in the Gulbenkian Galleries at the Royal College of Art.
