The Annual Group Photograph began on November 11th, 1997, when I photographed a group of 1st year students (and invited non-students) in the large photographic studio at Central Saint Martin's. Since then the project has become an annual event, travelling to new and dramatic locations each year and gathering a core of faithful participants as well as those attracted by a particular venue. The age of participants to date ranges from 9 days to 83 years.
